I want to buy a RØDE mic from overseas. Will the warranty be valid?

The warranty is only valid in the country of purchase so in the unlikely event that the mic were to fail it would need returning to the country of purchase for repair.

 

Alternatively, the mic can be sent to a local distributor but they may (at their discression) charge an admin fee for repairing a product that was not bought locally. As we offer a 10 year warranty this is always worth considering when adding up the initial cost of the mic.
