What is the procedure for returning a faulty product?

Please follow our FAQ faultfinding guides before requesting a repair. If you believe the microphone is at fault please contact our distributor in your country of residence for the correct procedure for returning your product in your country. DO NOT send any product back to RØDE without first obtaining a unique RMA number from us.
