| RØDE collaborates with YouTube sensation FND Films to present online comedy film festival |
RØDE Microphones is proud to announce their support of the FND Film Fest 2009, the internet’s premier grass roots comedy film festival.
Since posting their first video online in 2005, FND Films has amassed an overwhelming 14 million views and a fan base of tens of thousands of loyal subscribers. Founders Aaron Fronk (19) and Vinny DeGaetano (20) write, direct, edit and star in the series of oddball comedy sketches which are now also available on DVD.
Budding filmmakers can submit their comedy sketch videos at www.fndfilms.com between July 1st and 31st. Videos must be under five minutes in length, themed as ‘desperation’, ‘power’, ‘friendship’ or ‘revenge’, and use the line “I used to have two, but my dog ate the other one”.
Prizes up for grabs include the RØDE VideoMic, the world’s best selling condenser microphone for consumer camcorders, the RØDE StereoVideoMic, the RØDE NTG-2 dual power shotgun condenser microphone and several RØDE accessories including boompoles and mounting equipment.
