It’s time to sharpen your pencils and get out your notebooks, as RØDE Microphones launches the second season of its award-winning educational website.
Co-written and presented by one of the world’s most prolific and respected sound designers, Ric Viers, this second season of RØDE University focuses on broadcast audio, for film, television, voice-over and sound design. Ric’s high-resolution streaming video classes will offer a combination of established audio theory with tips and techniques to show students how to get professional results using RØDE’s range of broadcast microphones and accessories.
The first module, titled “Location Sound Recording: The NTG-3”, is available now on www.rodeuniversity.com. Join Ric as he covers a range of tips and techniques for capturing dialogue when filming on location, both indoors and out.
