Band of Horses

Guitarist/vocalist Ben Bridwell and guitarist Mat Brooke formed Band of Horses in 2004.

Buoyed by Bridwells warm, reverb-heavy vocals, Band of Horses' woodsy, dreamy songs ooze with amorphous tension, longing and hope. At times both raggedly epic and delicately pensive.

Their latest release, "Infinite Arms", was nominated for a Grammy Award and reached as high as #7 on the US charts.

Jack Ladder
Sydney native Jack Ladder casts an imposing presence on stage, at over six feet six inches tall and armed with a haunting baritone voice. But most striking of all is perhaps his talent for songwriting. His 2008 album "Love is Gone" was nominated for the coveted Australian Music Prize that year. In June 2011 Jack Ladder and the Dreamlanders released "Hurtsville" – a much darker fare that draws comparisons to Nick Cave and David Lynch.
