Guitarist/vocalist Ben Bridwell and guitarist Mat Brooke formed Band of Horses in 2004. Buoyed by Bridwells warm, reverb-heavy vocals, Band of Horses' woodsy, dreamy songs ooze with amorphous tension, longing and hope. At times both raggedly epic and delicately pensive. Their latest release, "Infinite Arms", was nominated for a Grammy Award and reached as high as #7 on the US charts.
