With over 150 staff across four offices worldwide, the entire RØDE team share a vision of internationally renowned audio excellence.

Whether it's our skilled manufacturing engineers, talented product photographers, meticulous capsule assembly engineers or our tireless customer service team, each employee brings a unique and valuable skill set to our team and many departments have been critically awarded in their area of expertise.

RØDE's New Product Development division is responsible for the conception, briefing, drafting, prototyping and production designing of all new RØDE microphones and accessories.

Based at the RØDE headquarters in Sydney, the team includes Industrial and Mechanical Designers.
A secondary development and engineering department is based in Seattle, WA.

The RØDE Engineering department is based at the Sydney headquarters, and is responsible for both the audio and mechanical engineering of all products.

An acute understanding of audio science and electrical engineering is necessary to craft microphones with superlative performance and character.

With an accumulated decades of experience across pro-audio and consumer industries, the Sales & Marketing team at RØDE is responsible for creating and promoting the public image of the company and its products.

It comprises a wide range of disciplines including graphic design, copywriting, programming, photography, cinematography and strategic planning amongst others.

RØDE's accounting team are an essential component working tirelessly behind the scenes.

Efficiency and attention to detail ensure that each department at RØDE is able to work to its potential.

The largest department by staff number, Production and Manufacturing are key to RØDE's international success.

Using state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques and automation, the Production department is responsible for the manufacturing of every product to RØDE's exemplary standards.

Another essential component to the RØDE formula is the Logistics department, encompassing Purchasing, Warehousing and Dispatch.

With close to a quarter of a million microphones produced annually, RØDE must ensure efficient storage and transportation of both components and finished products.
